K so last summer I did SS and had some really good gains. From then untill now I have been working out on and off with a bodybuilding routine with little gains. Now that I am getting back into it for the summer should I do a strength program or bodybuilding

if you got better results from a strength program then do that. but to reap the most benefits you gotta eat a lot and stay on the program for more than the sumemr
