so when do I consume the protein?
-some immediately after workout
- the day after workout
- would it be worth eating protein 2 days after workout? (my question is whens the deadline? - the time where your body doesn't use protein efficiently due to too long after workout)❝If you're not making mistakes you're not taking risks and that means you're not going anywhere. this is so **** .
Ka0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction

You consume protein every day, 1g per lb of bodyweight is a fair guideline.
our body will use protein efficiently all the time, it's essential for muscle growth.
If your referring to protein as a whey source, whenever convenient, morning, between meals, post-workout. It really doesn't matter.*Licks the angus first crew*

The time at which you consume Protein is irrelevant. Protein consumption immediately after working out is unnecessary and a myth UNLESS you are working out again in the next 3-5 hours and need to quickly replenish ATP stores.
Just make sure you're ingesting enough protein DAILY.Training: 355/230/396
