    Sprained wrist

On tuesday I sprained my left wrist by falling off of a tire stacked on another tire I jumped on it a few times then I accidentally fell backwards and fell on my wrist. Ive been icing it alot but how long will I have to wait before I workout again? I can make a fist and move fingers pretty easy I just can't turn my wrist at all. Thanks and I want to hurry up and get this over with because I was training for football/:

    Bummer.

Never sprained my wrist, so I don't know how bad it hurts.

    Rest/Ice.

Not sure how long, just until it feels better. Make sure you stretch and warm it up before you lift or anything.

I've sprained both my wrists a ****load of times and everytime i have to stop working out for like a week and a half to 2 weeks. It's a pain in the ass dude. I never ice it or anything just let it heal on it's own. You should be good in 2 weeks max.

I'd say give it about a week. Continue icing it and resting it. Don't strain it! try and use it as little as possible. Good luck! hope it heals soon
