I wonder if Rippetoe ever regrets his life decisions to be fat and and broken.
All the Chit he spews about βbeing strongerβ (at barbell exercises) doesnβt seem worth the effort to have had that many surgeries, that many injuries and just be old and fat.
Hence why I always recommend some kind of split that has slower progression but will actually having people look like they lift in less that 6 months time IF they diet correctly.
Joints donβt get all beat up and you do more than squat, press, deadlift clean and some chins, which helps with not getting bored as fukk and not working out altogether.
