I admire the Ronnies and Arnies and I also admire huge lifts, but I just want boney + muscley definition. I do a lot of fire poi and cross country and too much mass (way too much, I could use some more) would make things uncomfortable.

I've realized in the time I've been serious about lifting that you will never be satisfied anyway. Bulk and all you want is your abs back, cut and it looks like your arms are turning into sticks compared to where they were. The guys that even lift are in the better shape than most people anyway so who cares. Do you and fuk everyone else.

I feel the opposite. I look big in a tight shirt but I feel like I look like more of a beast in a looser shirt. Looser shirt makes my shoulders/chest/back look alot bigger IMO.

The pic of the polish strongman is right on the money. Sure he look pretty big with a shirt on but nowhere near as big as he really is. Low bf and cloth=look small unless you juice.
