Oh lord, just admit that you dont know what you're talking about. Football is about positionning yourself, tactics en technique, and then yeah maybe athletic abilities and then stamina. You can be tough and athletic all you want, but you can suck @ soccer. Its a game, and thats why all over the world lots of people like to play it, because everyone can and because it doesnt take that much effort as opposed to other sports. Best proof is Messi. Thats not an athletically gifted guy. And if you dont even need great athletic ability, what good will stamina do to you then?

The NBA has playoff games every other night and the starters usually play the entire game aside from like 5-10mins for breaks and tv timeouts. They're not even winded when they get subbed out
Meanwhile in soccer coaches have to bench the entire roster if they have a game coming up on the weekend to conserve energy and will play entire games with the reserve squad
Stamina is not even close, I can't believe anyone can be this dumb
