NCAA Testing

I play D1 baseball and I am interested in taking N.O. shotgun but am very fearful that I could fail my drug test if i were tested by the NCAA. Does anyone know if N.O. shotgun is illegal in the NCAA. If so, could anyone help me out with some good pre-workout drinks that are 100% LEGAL in the NCAA. Thank you!

Specific supplements aren't banned by the ncaa. Specific ingredients are. You just have to know which are banned and know what is in the supps you are taking.

But, you are a d1 player. Why aren't you using the resources right under your nose? Just go and talk to your strength coach.

This is a great site you can submit an inquery about a supplement and within 24-48 business hours you will receive and email detailing if the product is free of banned substance or why it is banned.

Speaking for NO-Shotgun i believe it would be banned albeit almost every pre-workout is banned in a sense since caffeine is banned however caffeine has a very small half life of only about ~5 hours so you'd have to take it pretty close to your test.

There may however be other ingredients that are banned im not up to date with the banned substance list however.
