Hey everyone,
I need some advice on a Meal Replacement drink or bar. I'd prefer it to be a bar. I'm currently running a lawn care service and also have another job so it's hard for me to get the 5-6 meals each day. It is especially hard with my part-time job because I'm only allowed one 15-minute break and usually work 4-7 hours.
That is where the bar would come in handy, primarily because I can get it down pretty quickly without having to use a break. It doesn't necessarily have to be a "Meal Replacement" bar/drink per-say. I'd just like something that primarily has slow-burning carbs and is low on sugar.
I'm on a bit of a budget right now, so just something reasonably priced.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

The majority of the carbs are from rolled oats and oat fiber, the small amount of sugar in there is from honey and organic cane juice powder. Pro & Oats as a whole is low GI and digests slowly because of the protein blend, whole oats and high fiber.
Again it's a naturally sweetened product with NO artificial sweeteners, flavorings or coloring.Free Agent
