    Macros for me

    Right now I'm cutting. I do do IFFYM. But I feel like my calories which is in the 1,800's. 150 carbs, 50 fats, 200 proteins. Because here is what I do:
    Mon: Chest, 400 cal LISS
    Tues: Back & Shoudlers, 15 min treadmill Sprints (1 min on/1 min off)
    Weds: 400 cal LISS, Abs
    Thurs: Legs ( may throw in sprints again)
    Friday: Arms 400 Cal Liss
    Saturday: Going to try to throw in more cardio here
    Sunday: Off

    I'm thinking of bumping up to
    2,160 calories
    220g protein
    46g fat
    215g carbs

    Or what are other suggestions for macros? My maintence is around 2,500-2,700. So I took out 500 calories and got around 2,160.
    or should i slowly raise the carbs (15-20g day) and see if i still loose until i hit 215. Maybe even raise them still until i don't? And kind of hover around there so I loose weight at the sugested rate and hold onto as much muscle as possible.

    consensus will probably be to increase fats at the expense of the other 2, but i will wait for the more expericenced to answer
    weight = 69.9kgs (154lbs) ---- > 82.4kgs (181lbs) ----> 85.1kgs (187lbs)

    need stats (height, weight, approx BF)

    fats are most likely too low unless you weight about 100 pounds.

    You should just eat what you want sensibly at that age and love it.

    Post a pic ....shouldn't be worrying about dieting down your age. IMO make the most of your teens making newbie gains while your testosterone is at it's peak
