Right now I'm cutting. I do do IFFYM. But I feel like my calories which is in the 1,800's. 150 carbs, 50 fats, 200 proteins. Because here is what I do:
Mon: Chest, 400 cal LISS
Tues: Back & Shoudlers, 15 min treadmill Sprints (1 min on/1 min off)
Weds: 400 cal LISS, Abs
Thurs: Legs ( may throw in sprints again)
Friday: Arms 400 Cal Liss
Saturday: Going to try to throw in more cardio here

Or what are other suggestions for macros? My maintence is around 2,500-2,700. So I took out 500 calories and got around 2,160.
or should i slowly raise the carbs (15-20g day) and see if i still loose until i hit 215. Maybe even raise them still until i don't? And kind of hover around there so I loose weight at the sugested rate and hold onto as much muscle as possible.
