what pisses me off the most is when some person comes up to you and tries to tells you what your doin wrong when they dont know what their talking about and also when your lifting and someone takes your weight

A spotter who jumps in too soon or assists too much. I'd rather drop weight on my face than have my spotter curling the bar while I'm trying to bench.

Benchpress - spotter "helping" on each and every rep but i cant say a thing cuz if you open your mouth the bar will drop and kill ya

At my previous gym, seen this guy who's always on arms. He takes 25lb and does like 20 reps of bicep hammer curls, every rep with lots of swing. One time he walks over to the dip station, doing dips?NOPE, he places 1 hand on a bar for balance I guess and starts bicep curl swinging.

There's a kid that goes to the same gym as me, he gets there, talks to his friends, doesn't workout and slows them down.
