Love it. I use it on everything! lol....ok not really. I put it on bread, crackers, eat it plain, anything I have. I try not to buy it often though.

I am obsessed with the Laughing Cow Light Swiss spreadables! I have to have them almost every day. I use them as a sandwich base (instead of mayo) - usually with Tuna, on toast/crackers/english muffin, sometimes I eat them by themselves...they are SO good. If I want to feel indulgent I put it on a whole wheat english muffin and then top that with some SF jam. SO delicious!
Definitely check them out!Hard work = Hard body.

I love Laughing Cow (original). Never had the flavored variety but it sounds yummy as well. Very nice and spreadable cheese - makes a great breakfast or snack for tea when you have it on a roll.

Bodybuilding
I know Laughing Cow Cheese tastes good, but what are the thoughts with it with Bodybuilding?
I know that the ingredients for regular light consist of "(LIGHT CHEDDAR, CHEDDAR, SWISS AND SEMISOFT CHEESE (CULTURED MILK AND SKIM MILK, SALT, ENZYMES)), WHEY, CREAM, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM CITRATE SALT.

I want to know if this will help me or hurt me for going on stage and competing? I will drop the cheese if I have too.

Meh, dude probably did a search (you know, like we always tell them to?) and had a question regarding what he found...instead of making a new thread. Maybe.
I like it on crackers, but haven't had it a long while."Do not give away to others what you have not first given away at home." unknown

Up here, it's "Vache Qui Rit". Even outside of Quebec, it was still called that. Laura Calder has a great recipe for soup made from this cheese. It's a kid favourite.

I don't recommend it. It's super over processed. If you want to try it for the fun of it, go for it. I always thought it tasted very artificial, even as a child. Plain Philadelphia cream cheese is much better in flavor. I would not consider Laughing Cow cheese a real cheese with any nutritional benefit. It's like candy of the dairy world. Eat real cheese instead of this. Just my opinion.
