So, I've decided to log again to get some support and some criticism to improve and stop with the *******ry
I am not going to write the whole story again, some people already know me, for those who are unaware, I will be direct to the point:
I was fat, lost weight, had anorexia and bulimia, was weak as hell, recovered from anorexia, not recovered completely from the *******ry, lost 1~1.5 trying to recover from it, slowly beginning to improve and get out from this **** time...
Given the problems, you will probably understand why I am weak as phuck...
For those unaware, in this log you'll find some food porn, some ******* lifting weights and some ranting about himself or the things to him on a DAYLEE~~
I am Brazilian, so english it's not my first language...deal with the mistakes
I will be logging just the workout days, not off days....
So welcome AGAIN for those who were subbed into my last log and welcome for the new ones(if I get any people, lol)

Okaaay...my form today was terrible, don't know what is happening, I am stucked in this weight since monday from the last week

- Weights in KILOS
- I was ****ing sick last two weeks...my stomach was not cool with me...
- Due to this constipation, i was not weighting myself...results...same weight for 3 weeks
- Bumping calories today...my maintenance is something like 2700kcal....I will be eating between 2700~3100kcal, not going to stress too much about getting same calories and macros everyday. And yes, my protein intake is really high...I like!
- I follow LG and as you could see, I am following SS, but next week I'll start a new routine with a ''deoad''. I will talk about this later on this week

cheese on a dayleee~~
I am eating CC and Quark everyday, plus the fact that I am always adding some cheese into burguers, pasta, potatoes, etc!
I was not eating too much Cheese due to my stomach problems that I've got when taking too much Vit D3, but now I am back to them

Squats 3x, BP 2x , OHP 1x, Chins/Pulldowns, Abs, Dips and Calves, it is modified Texas Method
