Since you're the unofficial IF spokesman (since I noticed how you respond frequently to the IF thread in the Adv. Nut. section), I am happy to say that my first day of IF is successful (so far lol).
Fasted for 20+ hours and just ate my first meal. Now I see why people like cutting with it, even though I'm not cutting lol. Sodamnfull/10.

Yeah, lifestyle is why I'm changing to IF. I might be getting into the typical 9-5 work life this coming semester so I'm getting accustomed to IF. I can fast 20 hours no problem. The eating is surprisingly the hard part. I might have to decrease the fast/increase the feed window.

Small Update:
two days and not a single calorie was counted...this week I have a foundue planned, churrasco next sunday and things that should come...
I want to take a break from Squatting 3x a week, and I will run a 4 days a week workout, but focused on strength...

- First workout here in Sao Paulo...feeling great.
- As you could see, I am doing a Upper/Lower split, but I'll be back to FB 3x when in Germany. I want to take a break from that intense Squatting sessions
- Nothing special in the workout, simple, fast....the only problem was in the OHP, I had to clean every rep, because the Squat Rack was being used

- Tomorrow I'll meet some friends here at home, we're eating fondue with some chocs I brought from Germany

- Not going to deliver some food porn frequently, because here in SP we have someone who cooks for my family, since my dad and my sis don't have time and hability to cook...so I am eating tons of good food, but really simple(and bro!)
