Cake looks delicious! Don't worry about yesterday. We all have those days. What's the deal with your squat stance? Is it a width issue or are you not pointing your toes outwards...both maybe? Find a stance that works for you and stick with it...I noticed I get better depth and have more control with my heels shoulder width apart and toes pointed out vs my previous wide stance. Just me though

Inclined bench is not causing shoulder pain like OHP, so I am probably adding some kind of lateral raises to my Push workout.

Still not feeling that is 100% correct...I am using too much hip strength, and sometimes my hips raise firstly and i feel a lot pressure on my lumbar...maybe weak core or no tigthness on my upper back?

Wed - Paused, Front or Light Squats, Inclined Press, Deadlift, Rows, Abs, if I have time Biceps and Laterals
Fri - Squats, Bench, Chins, CGBP and Abs, if I have time, I will do Calves
Any opnion?
Did I say that I ate 3500kcal, bein 500g cho?

I hate when people start to grunt when doing something stupid, like a leg press loaded with plates and grunting....while doing with 1/4 rom
I'll be running a simple one....3x5 for Squat, Bench and Inclined Bench, 1-2x5 for DL, 4x4-10 for Dips and Chins, 3x10-12 the others. Trying to bump the weights at every week. Nothing special, I don't like to follow a routine, because if I can't do something as described, I feel bad D:
