So today I woke up lighter -_- wtf? buut I had a great workout, my strength is backing and I am feeling good! Squats and Bench Press for were surprisingly good! I fixed all the forms at Squat, Bench and Chins, felt a lot more my lats and lower abs. Next workout is on Wed, and it is a hollyday here, so I will wake up late and probably tons of energy, no PR will be hit, because it's a deload week I am thinking about not DLing and doing more Rows instead.
I have tons of things to study, Physics, Contructive Geometry and Calculus...brb dying...

Had a great day today, studyed physics, slept a lot since here is a public hollyday(Germany Unification)
OHP was waaaaaay better, using a wider stance and thumbless grip, I felt my shoulder working, not being destroyed like before. I liked Cable Rows, probably going to be part of my routine now. Squats were easy and solid, got some compliments
There were two guys Squating on the smith machine and looking at me like: haha you just Squat 70kg...and they were 1/2 squatting, on smith, and doing like 80kg..., than they did some round back deadlifts...I was like: "1 minute of silence for your spine"

I was tired a lot today, had German test and got my Math and Physic back, fuk, got a 2+ at both(best note is 1)...fuk 1 point from 1 on both -_-
Squats were a bit harder than normal, but the form was good. Bench press was not that good, but better than before, now I was feeling chest and tri being worked. WG Chin ups were hard as phuck, I did them on Smith Machine, way better to my grip and hands

nah, the problem is with my shoulders + grip
I think I have to up them for something like 3200kcal probably on an average, because I don't like to eat the same erdday, some days I am hungrier and I end up eating 3400~3500kcal, some I don't have time to eat, and I eat a bit less
Focusing too much on eating and counting macros is something that is counterprodutive imo, I like to eat out, etc, and be more relaxed*Hollywood's rabid cage crew*
