I hate when people start to grunt when doing something stupid, like a leg press loaded with plates and grunting....while doing with 1/4 rom
LOL it's a mental thing. Once saw this guy doing calf raises (not that they are a bad exercise, just that they are just a small accessory that it is not intense), and grunting his ass off like he was doing a 1 RM powerlift deadlift.

Hnnnnnnnng at cake. I've seen some people warm up with just the bar, then load it up for their working sets. Always surprises me bc I think they're just going to do little weight and end up being pretty impressive.

I suggest that you make a video of you doing BP so you can get some valuable advice.
Another thing that I noticed following your log is that you do not train your back besides some chins, DL and eventually some UG (??) BB Rows. Maybe is your backing that is holding your BP progress. You can try to do BB Row 3x/week.

May be you need to replace your grip or improve back arching (or both). After read and implement power bench technique that I learned from Lyle's article my shoulder never bother me while benching anymore. Even when I go really heavy.
