    Response & Calling Out EricKanevskiy and his "6 month challenge" - Pics Inside

    I saw on Babylover's post you issued this "challenge."

    Few things I want to clear up.

    If we're going to be *******s and nitpick progress pictures, then you're not actually doing a lat spread in the first photo and a relaxed back shot would be more appropriate to see progress.

    Also, one more thing: I honestly don't care either way.

    1. This is anecdotal evidence, so it's moot by default. I only posted my pictures because people asked me to.
    2. I did say that your back and quads should respond well to Starting Strength. As usual, though, no trap development whatsoever.
    3. If people will say that my progress doesn't count because the poses are not the same in the before/after pictures, it is only fair to same the thing here.
    4. How do I perpetuate misinformation? I'm one of the few people who don't.

    Since when have deadlifts not worked your hamstrings?
    Since when have squats not worked your hamstrings?
    Since when have deadlifts not worked your traps?
    Why did you use someone else's name in your youtube channel?

    Hamstrings and traps act as synergists when doing squats and deadlifts. Not the same as targeting them directly. That's the equivalent of saying that bicep curls work your delts so it's OK to have them as your only delt exercise.

    I used my own name in my YouTube channel.

    Can't show my CP because several people who repped me asked not to show it. lol

    Can you show an example of me perpetuating misinformation or are you just going to mindlessly repeat that line?

    Lyle McDonald is one of the most reputable sources there is.
