    Weight Gainer

I work in a Casting Factory and swing a sledge hammer most of the day. Usually during the summer it's 110 on up and I sweat like crazy. Well this summer I don't wanna drop weight like I did last summer. I am 172lbs and dropped to a bad 155. Is there any supplement out there that can help me keep my weight on or even up?...

I have used Muscle Juice before...not bad if you find a deal on it. Its 4 scoops per servings and I would usually take 1/4 a full serving twice a day, but you can bend it to however it fits your needs.

Also :There is a really good deal on a weight gainer for today only.....17 hours left on deal.

The link to the deal: http://www.musclehq.com/

I 2nd muscle juice, favorite one from the 8+ I've tried I'd take about 1.5 servings (6 scoops) a day. Nice flavor too. Just stay away from Nutrabolics Mass Fusion.

I would recommend finding a good weight gainer shake. In your line of work you need a lot of calories. When I did construction work there were times where I needed extra calories whether I was running a jack hammer or setting posts I found it really helped having them because I didn't have time to sit down and eat a meal. Id recommend anything over 500 calories made of whole foods and not loaded with sugar carbohydrates, and stick to name brand weight gainers otherwise your co workers may not like you. Or for a while I made my own ahead of time using whey protein, peanut butter, oatmeal and other ingredients. Bodybuilding.com has plenty of recipes to make shakes. Hope I could be of any help.

How do you know you're eating more if you don't keep track? Learning to track your caloric intake and expenditure along with macros is an invaluable resource that you can use for the rest of your life. Learn it.

The best thing for you to do is start tracking everything. Keep a few healthy snacks around your work place, hide them if necessary, and take a few protein shakes with you. Track all your macros and make sure you are in a caloric surplus and it should be fine.
