Insanity is a way to further reduce energy balance. There is nothing magical about it. You will burn calories. The same effect on body composition could be achieved by cutting calories by the amount that you'd burn doing Insanity. Or by running. Or jumping rope. Etc.

I don't think anyone can really give you the number you're looking for. If you must do insanity, adjust every 2 weeks or so based on rate of loss. If you're losing to quick for your liking, increase cals accordingly.

thanks for the reply bro. If I am loosing to much how much should I increase my cals by? I dont think 2415 is a bad number to do insanity considering I will only be doing cardio twice a week and the rest will be lifting. It does burn alot of Cals though.

Personally I think you'll find it's to agressive a deficit but, that's neither here nor there. Go with 2-300 a week or every few days for a total of 500-1k and then watch results again (which you should be doing every 2-3 weeks anyway to maintain your rate). It's all about trial and error, again, we really can't predict what your body will do.
