    Smile Lower Abdomen fat !!!

    Im trying hard to lose those stubborn lower fats or belly fat but in vain. I know lots of people must have gone thru it. so any tips or suggestion to fight this battle.

    Try out some abdominal exercises. They are really helpful to reduce belly fat also they prevent from accumulation of fat around the belly.

    HIIT always seemes to be my best bet when in a cut and trying to fine tune those trouble areas, as well as hitting obliques pretty hard
