I tried the PB, it made me ill, had an upset stomach all night, dirt cheap though so worth a try!
Also if you have a smart phone download myfitnesspal if you haven't got it already, it has almost every food in the UK in it's database and will count the calories for you and tell you how many remaining etc etc. It also has a barcode scanner and 9.9 times out of 10 it will know the exact macros of any food you scan.

DJ Sneak deserves to be green.
With regards to pre-workouts: scrap 'em. I used to be an avid buyer of no-xplode etc. until I read this article (you'll be glad that you did):

Just after I placed my order for the peanut butter on MP I click back to misc and read your post haha. Hopefully it'll be okay for me. The sunpat one is cheaper per gram though, only got sainsburys and tesco near me however so will check prices.
I heard about that, don't people think wtf seeing you scan barcodes on products?

Hey you can buy Chesteze in Sainsburys, boots and lloyds pharmacys and local places, each has 18mg of eph (pharma grade) works out cheaper than kaizen, (can only buy 1 pack at a time in the big places) just buy caffeine pro from MyProtein and don't bother with aspirin not needed.

1. This. I get 5kg of skinless boneless chicken breasts for £17.50 from my local meat market. Lasts me 8 days or so.
2. Buy frozen peas and sweetcorn for £1 a bag from Jack Fultons or Herons food or any local frozen food shop like Iceland.
3. Buy Sainsburys basic baked beans in tomato sauce for 26p a can.
4. 600g chicken breast marinated in lemon juice and Chicken Tikka Masala + 100g peas + 100g sweetcorn + half can baked beans is my staple post workout dinner.
5. For cheap carbs with low fat I get New York Co. Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels. Microwave each bagel for 15 seconds and eat. They're usually always on offer in Tesco or Co-op or Asda for £1 a bag.
6. Check for deals on www.hotukdeals.com and www.mysupermarket.co.uk before you go out to get groceries.
7. I also get Tesco Light Choices Sandwiches and they have a good range of those. They're not exactly cheap but they are a decent source of protein since I've stopped taking whey.**Best Android Apps with Pics and Description** - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=132508573

Any of the above. Do me (and the misc) a HUGE favour please brah. A big favour. I didn't buy the L-Arginine. So I'm basically just using caffeine. One day when you're taking that mix, drop the L-Arginine and report back whether it's worth the extra money spent on that as opposed to just the caffeine and I will rep you into oblivion.
EDIT: Sorry brah, 2 of those links are chit, try the last (http://www.ironscience.co.uk/aminoac...glutarate.html)

Dat dere gains cake, 1 egg, 1 scoop of whey
Can taste like cardboard but it's filling as **** and takes away any cravings for any bread type food.
If you live near any polish markets or shops, buy stuff from there, dead cheap for everything.
And I always check the reduced section of any shop. Dem barGAINS from 11:30pm to 12

Been on the Bookers website, some awesome deals on the homepage. Tried registering but its giving me all this "are you a business or charity?" chit, can I just shop there?
Equipment:
If you have the space home gym is the way forward. Gumtree is your friend.
Cheap bench (£30) and squat rack (£30)
As for weights, check gumtree especially during summer because people are clearing out. Look for weights less than £1/Kilo. Thats a good deal.
Also try Decathalon for cheap new weights and barbells.
Pullup bar for £10 check ebay or decathalon
Pretty much everything you need. I have spent less that £120 on my home gym which is less than one years membership anywhere. Not to mention when I move out I can get back most of my money for the weights as they dont really depreciate!
Also a neat little trick for weighted pullups
Get one belt and put it round you waist just tight enough that it wont fall down get another one and thread it through the weight disc then buckle the belt around the belt around your waist.
You can also use belts as lifting straps if they are made out of strong flexible material. (The type of ones that come free with Next jeans)
