Saw a couple of these thread in the archives but most of the people who made them end up getting banned. Thought this would be fun to do.
Relevant info to head off repetitive and anticipated questions:
-Not a fan of Israel. Went once on Birthright because it was free (lol) but didn't buy their propaganda about giving money and visiting their state in their future. Will only go again if it is free.
-Yes, my family has money. No, it is not from Wall Street (they are doctors).
-No, not religious. Learned Hebrew as a kid from going to Hebrew classes twice a week and even became semi-fluent but due to not using it since my bar mitzvah I can no longer even read it.
-Most people do not recognize me as Jewish from looks, but most people assume correctly from my last name (ends in -witz).
-Yes, I am a manlet.
-Have dated Jewish and non-Jewish girls (mostly non-Jewish). Prefer non-Jewish girls because they don't make you work as hard and generally have better personalities.
-No, I do not mind Holocaust jokes, but chances are I've already heard of all of the good ones. Did not lose any direct relatives in the Holocaust because my mom's family has been here since the 1750s (Charleston, South Carolina original Jewish Revolutionary War family) and my dad's family has been here since 1880.

Stereotypes generally have some truth to them, otherwise they wouldn't be stereotypes, right? Jews are generally good with money. My parents are good with money. My parents are both docs and always emphasized the importance of saving a large chunk of your income and investing it broadly. We could have afforded Mercedes or BMW cars growing up but they chose to drive American cars like Caravans and Intrepids.

"So this is how liberty dies.....with thunderous applause."
“A noble man compares and estimates himself by an idea which is higher than himself; and a mean man, by one lower than himself. The one produces aspiration; the other ambition, which is the way in which a vulgar man aspires.”
