i remember thinking GTA was a car racing game (confused with Gran Turismo) untill I was 10.. then I got San Andreas wow I must of clocked about 50 days of gametime on it.. Will always remember those days

Damn near shed a tear. I'd give anything to go back to those days, I remember getting GTA3 and spending the first day just grabbing the slow mo pill and beating people with the baseball bat. The new games are still great but it will never compare to playing these games as a teenager. I didnt have a care in the world.

Was truly epic when it came out. The jump from GTA2 to this was mind boggling. Last game to rape my fragile mind like that was Cod4, just a huge jump it terms of gaming capabilities on platform gaming.

this x1000. the memories of playing this as a kid are awesome. I never actually owned it, but my friend's dad took all his games away for doing bad in school so he found it and came over my house everyday and we just beat it as a team. was awesome
