    Angry Injury prone as hell

I seem to be pull muscles all the time and it's really starting to piss me off. I get at least 8 hours sleep I'm 5'9 170 eat 2500 calories a day, 300 carbs , 181 g protein and 61 g fat. I warm up before lifting and stretch after I am also doing one of n@turals sticky routines. Any advice would be very helpfull.

Could try lowering carbs and upping fats a bit, or try using lighter weights with more strict form.
    lift heavy

Not a clue what's causing it but, I have bad back and shoulder issues which the docs are doing everything they can to treat right now. The best relief for me is floating around in the pool and soaking in a hot tub. Ice for 15 minutes at a time will help with inflammation and foam rolling before and after your workouts should help loosen you up nicely.

Very much this as well. Overtraining is extremely unlikely and something that happens over a very long time before affects are felt IMO.

Ha bumped an old thread my bad.

The main reason for pulled muscles is dehydration. Make sure you consume alot of liquids
