    How is this???

I'm a 16 yr old male, 6'3" and 171 lbs. Dropped 80 pounds since last July but still have a bit of body fat I wanna get rid of. Right now i'm eating around 2000 cals per day with 175 carbs, 180+ protein and 45 g of fat. I have also just started doing P90x whilst substituting the programs cardio routines with HIIT 3 times per week.

Here's a typical day of eating for me:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 Banana, 1 tbsp Natty PB and some greek yoghurt
Lunch: 2 slices ww bread, 1 tbsp Natty Pb, Serving of Fruit
Dinner:Lean protein of some sort(chicken, fish etc.), vegetables, small amount of carbs
Snacks: 2 protein shakes, 1tbsp Natty PB and 1/2 cup oats

I drink plenty of water each day and I dont go near junk food except for the odd treat once in awhile.

Does this sound like a good program to get me in pretty good shape with a lower BF%? My main goal is to be able to see a six pack, and define my body as much as I can

Any tips or advice is appreciated ( cuz ima noob when it comes to this )

at 6'3" 170, 15 years old, you'd probably get a six pack quicker by eating big and lifting big.

I would find a way to spread your cals out a little better so that you can have more meals, smaller obviously, but it will help keep you satiated I think. Also, I know that p90x is sweeping the nation(smh) but if I were you, I would incorperate a serious weight training regimen. I would go with a 3 day per week split. Heavy! Tell that muscle that you NEED IT! Im sure people get results from p90x, but personally, I think its a joke...if getting lean and shredded were that easy, and it only took 90 days, seriously, we would ALL BE DOING IT, and this forum probably wouldnt exist...

Youre still growing and shouldnt be too worried about restricting calories man. Obviously what you are doing is working (congrats on the huge loss) but at 6'3" and 170 you probably have no LBM so no matter how much more you drop, you wont obtain the look you want. my advice echoes Nlites, eat a bit more (just be smart about it) and start focusing on your lifting and youll see some great results!

You've got 171 lbs to lift with, plus whatever you can find around the house.

Where would be a good place to start then? Like specific programs or anything?

don;t they have a gym with weights at your high school?

In any case, you can get a lot done with push ups/pull ups when you are untrained.

Yeah they do but schools over at the end of the week, but I guess I could use it next year. How's my diet looking for cutting fat and maintaining muscle at the moment?

What muscle? Take nlite's advice. I know dieting can be addicting, but there comes a point where it stops being the right answer. (Unless you're one of those guys who lies about his height and is actually 5'11").

I'm not saying you gotta eat like a wild man. But at least eat to maintain and try to get stronger with bodyweight stuff. Just get stronger. Start now--drop and give me 20.

And never underestimate the power of lots and lots of chinups.
