    Thanks brah. I was thinking of waiting after Vegas as being best for both of us. I'm going with a few cray cray buddies, good times guaranteed. I realize it's kind of stupid to push somebody you feel could have the potential of a good connection away but more than once have I been proven wrong by what tuned out to be completely selfish sloot. Just treading the waters maybe a little too carefully these days. We all dont want to fail to be made a fool twice.

    Not weird at all for me. I've turned many randoms away because I just can't dip into something I care nothing about. Actually met this chick for new years after ditching a sloot that wanted to go home with me. I had the sloot on the dance floor, making out, her hand all over my junk on the VIP couch, disgust. We headed towards the door to her car and I stopped myself on the stairs, made a piss excuse than ditched her. Came back to finish partying with my good friend and his gf. This chick came by and took care of me passing out on the couch after she turned me down to dance. After I came home that night my buddy brings this chick over, and it turned out the same sloot I ditched earlier. Fuk I was disgusted but buddy was happy.

    Dude you did one heck of a job cutting so far. Keep it going till you get rid of last bit of lower belly fat, you won't regret it. I can confirm as I was mistake ending cut early last summer. You went from skinny fat to looking like you lift.

    180 to 167 i believe. however there was a time when i was up to 190+ bulking after that pic lol
    basically cut down from that pic to 175, bulked to 190, and cut back down to 167 from there.


    also, same belt i use, love it.

    #BulkHardOrGoHome great transformation so far. Keep at it, bro!

    And awesome! People always rip on these type of belts and say to get those super heavy duty powerlifting belts, but frankly, I don't have the cash. Plus, it's not like I'm going to be squatting/DLing 700+ anytime soon lol. And seeing this belt is normally $30, surely it can't be too bad, even if it is ~50% off

    This makes sense, although i would rather have the mutli without the cyan altogether, and the anavite has the methyl so i got some of that, but i will probably invest in it in the future if i ever get a diff multi, thanks brah!

    Two things I noticed:

    On deadlift, you hyperextend at the top instead of pushing thru the hips. I'd correct this as you are setting yourself up for back problems in the long run, and probably losing strength by not engaging the hips as much as you could be.

    On bench, you don't really make a stable platform with your traps to push off of. It's hard to tell and you could be I guess, but I personally try and touch my shoulders together and make a huge platform off of my traps. If you do this, you will likely get stronger immediately.

    I'll work on this. Any good vids I should check out to visualize the top of the deadlift better?

    As for bench, I do try to do that. My bench that I use is sort of a piece of chit so it's kind of hard to do comfortably sometimes. Definitely appreciate the input from you brah - always full of wisdom.

    Sorry for hijacking advice kidd but need to ask lol,

    i watched the deadlift and i thought it was fine, just shows i dont deadlift often, could you post (if u have time) a vid for good comparison? form is something i need to get down to a T now, already got a clicky shoulder (cuffs) and phucked upper right chest....

    also, when you mentioned about using a platform with your traps on the bench, and that you try and touch your shoulders, how do you mean? do you mean letting the bar touch your shoulders? or you mean your shoulder blades touching back during the stretch?

    sorry if its an obvious thing, doing nightshifts just now and head is spinning...lol.

    that vid was pretty good, guys form was impressive eventhough he is only demonstrating, i can see how he drives his hips forward to essentially "snap" his back up straight and contract, as opposed to hyperextending his back, in a sort of rounded state, i take it this is what u meant?

    Kidds form isnt far off, pretty much identical to his bar that, but considering the weight he was lifting, still impressive, and still jelly lol, need to get to the gym with the barbells more..

    Yea, that's what I was talking about. I am not knocking on his lift--good lifts--but I am just trying to remind him not to hyperextend at the top. It won't hurt you once or twice, but over time or one little mishap and just trust me, you don't want a deadlift injury. Form won't always be perfect (I round my upper back a lot on max lifts) on max lifts, but I think the hyperextension isn't needed at all, no matter how much of a max you're going for. Your hips and glutes are so powerful, you shouldn't need to do that.

    On bench I'm talking about making a shelf with your traps, much the same as you would with a squat--pinch your shoulder blades back and try and touch them together. You will find you are now benching off of a more stable platform, which should equal extra strength transferred to the bar.

    Yea i got ya, and yea i know you werent bashing his form, advice on this site is underated as it is, its valuable when you get some genuine advice to take it in lol. I need to start getting more compounds with the barbell done, pretty injury prone to injury with bench press due to weak shoulders, training twice a week now lol.
