    MISC Lean Bulkers Crew: Now that the cuts are done, let's have some fun

    With so much drama in the LBC, it's kinda hard being a jacked as fuk B.O.B.


    Welcome bros, if you've finished up your cutting for the summer, GTFIH and let's get jacked with minimal fat gain. This thread is all about making those slow but steady gains, while maintaining the low bodyfat we've attained from our cuts.     TLDR:

    July 1 I start ramping up calories, 100/day per week (only on my lifting days at first). Gonna stay in a 250 calorie surplus until the end of time, will hit this approximately September 1.

    Current:

    On days - 2500 calories (4x/week)
    Off days - 2200 calories (3x/week)

    Avg. daily calories - 2375

    Maintenance is ~2600 calories I think, so that puts me at a 225 calorie deficit. I do a decent amount of cardio though so it's probably more like 500 calorie deficit (especially since I've been consistently losing 1lb/week).

    So, July 1 I will add 100 daily calories per week for 9 weeks, meaning my lifting days will hit 3300 calories. I'll probably keep my off days low.

    On days - 3300 calories (4x/week)
    Off days - 2200 calories (3x/week)

    Avg. daily calories - 2830

    Diet: Intermittent Fasting
    Training: 5/3/1 + Dave Tate Periodization

    Good luck brahs, it is very high on my agenda to not go above 12% this bulk!

    in, i cut my cut short by about 8 lbs. and started bulking a couple of days ago.

    i was losing about 1.5 lbs per week eating an average of 2,700 or 2,800 calories a day, so i think my maintenance is around 3,500. gonna eat 4,000 calories on lifting days and 3,000 or 3,250 on off days... not really worried about body fat gains, more interested in gaining as much strength/muscle as possible but i'm gonna try to limit unnecessary fat gain.

    i run phat as well brah, it's good ****. chest/shoulders hyper was today, legs tomorrow.

    Yeeeah buddy, in on this for sure. Currently doing a LeanGains style slow bulk, taking in 3150 cals (210p, 420c, 70f) on workout days and about 2360 cals (210p, 203c, 79f) on off-days. I'm also doing two brief HIIT sessions a week to keep conditioning up. Banana waffles with Nutella, bread with cream cheese, and lots of frozen yogurt after today's lower workout, aww yeah

    nice, I got back and shoulder hypertrophy today. My leangains recomp diet will looks like this:

    Training Days (5 days a week): 3198 cals, (P/C/F) 279/359/71
    Rest Days (2 days a week): 2298 cals, 230/172/77

    I'll also continue cardio 3-4x a week.

    I haven't actually cut before, but I'm looking at a lean bulk to gain some size before I do a cut, and to keep my BF from going up too high (estimated at 17-18%)

    In on this. Gonna go the gym after a week long break due to cortsion shot in my knee and see how it goes (not gonna train legs for like a month tho). Did a short 1 month cut after bulking for 4 months and will start clean bulking again untill next year starting tomorrow. Cals gonna be 3000 per day at start since last time that seemed about right.     Then reverse diet. Last time I didn't reverse diet and just started eating and gained too much too fast.
