Controlled Labs is happy to present:
Destroy a Shaker Contest
We want to see the most creative ways you can think of to destroy an old shaker! Simply videotape yourself demolishing one of your outdated shakers and post it up on youtube, then embed it in this thread.
Feel free to post as many videos as you like (one prize per person however). Also make sure to take any and all safety precautions needed, do not needlessly put anyone or yourself in harm's way.
Make sure to save the shaker cup remnants as we will be having a second part to this promo
Prizes:
Best entries win a new Patriot style Controlled Labs shaker bottle (up to 25 will be awarded)

I used this video for the past promo. But this video is perfect for this promo. I accidently destroyed my shaker bottle with 5 plates.
The bottle was filled with BCAA's... the clean up sucked.
