Quick initial review of my first try of Dominion.

Better Body Sports- Watermelon Dominion Preworkout

Taste was pleasant. I could tell it wasn't koolaid, but the supp taste wasn't overbearing by any means. Mixed easily. Energy and strength was good this workout. The only thing I was not pleased about was lack of muscle endurance by the time I reached the DB inclines. 1st time doing this workout was the issue. 2 more samples...more info later this week.

First day trying it today and only used 1/2 scoop. To much caffeine is to much. The only thing that didnt really mix up well was the Black pepper specks which you could see at the bottom of the cup. I really enjoyed the taste(I love watermelons) The flavor was not to far off nor did it taste fake. Always a plus.

Arm pumps were insane though almost ripping out my skin. So far its amazing.

Will Try 1 whole packet tom as I have one heck of a day and will need that energy.

First use was yesterday.

- Watermelon Dominion Preworkout by Better Body Sports

Big watermelon fan and the taste was good, you knew it was a supplement but not harsh like many others
I've tried and not overly sweet either - at 5am overly sweet just wouldn't cut it. Mixed very easily, a few quick
shakes and it was ready to go, mixed in about 20 oz of icey water.

Energy and strength were good the entire workout.

The thing I like best about Dominion is the lasting energy. I can take half a scoop on my gym days and be good to go for 1-2 hours. On event days that sometimes last 3-4 hours I take a full scoop and I feel energized start to finish!!!

Here is my review and thoughts on DOMINION.

I really enjoyed getting to try this product out. I usually am not a big fan of watermelon flavored anything but I thought that this was very drinkable and kind of a Gatorade like quality to it taste wise where you can taste the flavor and know what it is but it not seem too overpowering or sickeningly sweet. The product mixed almost instantly for me every single time and I had no issues there whatsoever. The energy (I used one bag each time) came on steady and smoothly and I felt pretty energized and not "cracked out". I think overall where this product really shines was the pump aspect. I had recently been hitting somewhat of a bench plateau and out of nowhere I'm getting bigger numbers in that area where I had struggled with lower ones in the past, along with some steady increases on other lifts. I really enjoyed this product, thanks BBS and NC_Tarheel for letting me try it out!

I was lucky enough to receive 3 samples of BBS's Dominion pre-workout, Watermelon flavor.

Taste - I found this to be rather pleasant. Not too tart and certinly not sweet. Wasn't havey tasting nor did it set heavy on the stomach.

Mixability - This I found to be great. Disolved quickly with just a very small amount of foam.

Focus - I found this to be about average. No "doped" feeling or anything. Just "in the zone"

Energy/Endurance - THis too about average for me. ABout the only thing I noticed was it fizzled out on me a bit quicker than I had hoped.

Strength - Nothing to really report here. At least no strength gains to report, no loss in strength.


Overall though, I would say about 8/10. Nothing about the product was harsh or adverse. One thing I did like was with mixing with only 8oz of water, it allowed me to finish it so I could mix up my intra before leaving work.

1 scoop Better Body Sports Dominion 30 minutes before the gym. I have one more sample to use but I think I am a fan. I was sleepy when I woke up this morning but it helped pep me up and make me feel energetic. I had some nice focus going on and had a little bit of a pump, nothing too crazy. I <3 the Agmatine in it because that stuff makes me happy as fuk. I don't know if anyone else gets that effect from it but it's fantastic. The taste is interesting but it goes down smooth. It tastes like a very dilute watermelon jolly rancher, it has a bit of a waxy/chalky feel but that doesn't really bug me. I had stirred it with a spoon and it mixed okay but as it was sitting there some powder settled to the bottom but i just added another splash of water and then swirled it around and gulped that part down.

I heard it tastes delishus mixed with Ammino Ammo since that is watermelon flavored too.

Will use my final packet for deadlift day and report back with a more official review

First, thanks to Better Body Sports and NCtarheel for the opportunity to try out Dominion.










Mixability Easy. Mixed right up w/ about 8-10 oz of water.


Taste Perfect. I believe this was the first watermelon flavored supplement I have taken. It was not overly sweet and the "supp" taste was mild.

Energy, Focus, Pump All of these were exactly what you want from a preworkout. My muscle endurance was low during these workouts due to taking 6 days off prior to trying these and beginning a new routine....not a good combo.

Strength Great. I hit 2 huge PR's during these 3 days. See above video. ^^^


OVERALL.....I would rate the overall effectiveness of the product for this 3 day trial as a 10/10. The only negative about Dominioin, in my opinion, is the lack of info on the quantity of the NO ingredients and the creatine. I respond great to both and would like to know if this can be a stand alone supp before spending a lot of money on one product.

Ok I'm here for the gang bang, just took my first DOMINION ever, going to go ape **** on some sumo DL vs 55lbs of chain. Vid soon. Mixed well and tasted good for watermellon will do a full review after I have finished all my samples.

Atermath was not vid worthy. Only hit 455+55lb chain 505+55lb chain came off the ground wrong and lost it @ the knees, then ate the ground. Dominion had me jacked up to lift that was for sure. Can post vid if wanted but I'm not proud of it.

Edit 5:30pm, After lifting went and played a full soccer game still jacked from dominion. Was a good time.

That's the thing I like about Dominion (not the missed lift part ) but the sustained energy over a long period of time. It comes in really handy during powerlifting/strongman train or for a long gym session.

1/2 a scoop should work just fine for those 1-1.5 hour sessions too

I have held out on giving my review of Dominion for a little while now until I had a few more sessions in to be able to form a more complete opinion (seeing as how I got a metric sh*t ton of samples ).

Here is the overall rundown....

Taste - The best tasting preworkout supplement I have had. I grant you that I use a bit more water than most, but there wasn't the standard bitterness that is almost a given in this genre. The watermelon reminds me a lot of the old watermelon flavor of Xtend (for those that are familiar). I would give this a solid 8/10.

Mixibility - I used a glass and spoon, blender bottle and a standard shaker cup to mix Dominion. None completely dissolved, but when I drank it, it wasn't chalky, chunky, or repulsive in any way. Therefore I give this a whocares/10 as it didn't affect anything IMO.

Energy/Focus - I am very sensitive to stimulants and 1/2 serving of this had me buzzing. It wasn't a heart popping out of my chest sort of feeling....but there was a noticable difference in energy/drive from when I left work drinking Dominion, to when I arrived at the gym. I took a 1/2 serving before my strongman events day and another 1/2 serving 2 hours in....definitely had my second wind kick in and killed some atlas stones at the end of a pretty tough session. The four times I have used Dominion were at three different times. Two after work, one at 8 am (strongman training) and one at 4:30 am. Each time had its own challenge and Dominion kicked me into gear each time. Based on other supplements in this genre and their effects on me, I would have to say Dominion sets the bar 10/10.

Performance - To the video:

Hit an easy PR on CG bench press with 285 x 2 (this was at 4:30 am)



I also completed a pretty tough training session involving deadlifts, front squats and Prowler pushes under the influence of Dominion. Although they were not PRs individually, collectively, I haven't really touched that before.

I would like to thank NC_Tarheel for hooking me up with some samples and Better Body Sports for putting out another quality supplement. My mindset has had me putting Preworkout supplements toward the bottom of the list in my rotation....but this has had me rethinking things a bit.

So, yeah... mixes well I'd say. I'm not sure it's possible to mix easier actually.

Taste-Taste is better than the competitors that I've been using. The stuff I've been using is bitter, but, the Dominion was sweet. It tasted almost like Gatorade or something. Very good.

I can't say enough good things about it to be honest. I'm going to buy a bottle.
