If the label of a protein powder tub says that a scoop has x grams of protein, how are we to know if they're being honest?
Who here is actually gonna test a sample of the powder?
or are we stuck just taking the companies' word for it?

I've always wondered this. I'm sure there is some government regulations requiring accurate labeling, but maybe not...

I'm not going to drop company names because of their reps here. Most of them have been caught mixing flour, flavor and dextrose and selling it as whey.

imagine they wouldn't risk someone of the X buyers to actually go test and see that they lie about it.
consequences would never be the same as they would risk being 'sewed', so yeah, they are pretty accurate as in 99% accurate
