    At what body fat % should you start your bulk?

    I know alot of people that don't know whether they should focus on putting on muscle or focus on losing fat. Is their a body fat % point where you can clearly tell what goal you should pursue?

    I'd agree. It's all up to you when you want to bulk, just do it from eye measurements.
