Check out this cool video of the Powerhouse Gym in downtown Tampa. Very cool gym with all the latest training equipment but it's
still a hardcore atmosphere with some awesome bodybuilders training there!

wow thx! I was just in tampa last week. I wuda worked out there if I knew about it instead of hmmmm was it lifetime fitness? I'll be back in august so hell yeah I'm working out there! I have always thot this site needs a thread dedicated to gyms across the world where we can workout. Like a forum with a gym directory in it.'Thanks again for posting

i also agree with this..the crossfit crap should have its own area..looks like its right in the middle of the main gym itself..which would piss me the eff off having to listen to all those guys yelling

Trained there last year when I was down there for the tampa pro. Got a pic with mark alvisi and pak man, it was amazing. Best leg day I ever had, very motivated when ur around big guys like that.

No, it's not in the middle of the gym. They have an area that is just for bootcamps so it doesn't interfere with the rest of the gym. Also, the rock climbing wall, the boxing equipment and the rope that goes to the ceiling is all off to the side. The training area is huge with 2 sets of dumbbell racks that go to 200 pound dumbbells, 3 power racks and lots of leg equipment. They even have an old school T-Bar row that is screwed into the floor. It's a 40,000 sq foot gym so it's huge. And the women there are stone cold beautiful! I have never been in a gym with so many hot women in one place!

Damn... as much as I love my gym out here, if we had a gym like that nearby I'd cancel my membership in a second.

I'm still contemplating taking the hour or so drive to Weinberger's gym within the next few weeks

well when the weather is warm all year round you can have that sort of gym..living in the northeast the females dont give a phuck about themselves until june then it only last till august then they are not in the gym and fat again, its pathetic

That is definitely a bad ass gym! Big Ben Pakulski kicks it there. He's been doing really well with his M140 Program. He is certainly proving himself to be the more educated of bodybuilders today! Great training video!! Tons of great detailed insight too on nutrition and timing!

I love Hector's! I just started there this past week and dumped my old gym. Old school awesome.
