Personally my favorite three are Close grip bench, weighted tricep dips, and cable pull downs with very strict form.

I used to do a lot of skull crushers, but imo it puts unnecessary strain on your elbows. Sometimes they would make my elbows hurt for days so I just quit doing them, might have been ****ty form, but reguardless I don't care for em myself lol.

Most people feel that way. It will come and go. I've had problems doing them some time ago, but if you take a break from the exercise and put it back in a few months later, theres usually no problems. It is a very common problem.

    - My favorite exercises:

    Closegrip Benchpress
    Decline Skullcrushers
    DB OH Extensions
    Triceps Pushdowns

I do dips every other workout as well, but i don't really feel it that much in the tri's.

Not sure about favourite but atm I'm doing reverse grip cable pulldowns with feet together. Lightish weight, 20 rep mark.

    With a wide-grip and w-bar though.

Every tricep workout should consist of a pulldown, overhead and a press to target all heads, not one exercise will yield the best results on its own. Although my favorite would be pulldowns to get the best pump.
