i buy my food at cosco almost everyting is low sodium and salt high in protein and inexpensive my friend
i eat tilapia fish ovened
serloin steak burguers boiled to release all fat
tuna out the can with lemon
chicken breast fried with pam spray
egg whites all day baby!! lol
donuts before work out with protein shakes or rice and jack 3d' recently started to use concrete creatine it tastes good'
whey protein
and only drink water

That's very impressive natty progress for 2 years. I definitely would not say you have bad genetics, very few people can gain mass like that so fast (like 40-50 lean pounds per year? Holy sh!t). GJDM.

NO WAY!! i dint gain that much in just 2 years hahah thats steroids signs right there i gained maybe 9 or 10 max per year n dat was working my wass off the old pics of me are of my younger days before i even got a beer belly the vid shows my bodys transformation but not in 2 yrs i only been working out for 2 yrs i would love 40 to 50 pounds of muscle per year but that would require steroids

hell yeah its my cardio i cant do some power moves any more but i believe ill be able to do them some day again
