    Should I run after or before my P90X workout?

    Hello =] I am currently in training for a race but I also want to start the P90X program. My goals are to get ripped and to lose the little fat I have left on my stomach (I am 5'10 and 146 lbs.). Should I run before or after my workout if I want to get ripped? Thanks!

    My football coach always told us to run after, something to do with Lactic Acid. You might want to look that up. AFAIK, for fat burning, either is ideal.

    you should do sprints on a separate day rather than incorporating it with p90x as they are both forms of cardio anyway.

    Too each their own. He can do what he feels like. I wouldn't bother with p90x at all tbh. It's a load of glorified ****. But back to the question here. Might as well do it before and use it as a warmup.
