Go Friday if you can (best chance to get any equipment/supplements because the companies are in full stock.
Sundays towards the end of the day before expo ends, whatever is left at the booth is practically given out and supplements are like 50% off because shipping back to the company is Very very expensive.. so the last of the samples are literally given to customers and those in line.
Big Frank is the man
Chef C is cool
The Giant killer = The man
Frank McGrath (Manu loves him) is a real cool guy.
Frankhouser is the man (Trained with him 3 times) his calves are the size of pumpkins.

got my BTK shirt on for deadlifts tomorrow. TIME TO BLEED!
I hope Manu has the hooides out before the Arnold. I will be rocking that all damn weekend and around the expo letting people know how WE ROLL!
not to mention it would be insane to actually train with Manu, good thing the gyms are not open at 3 a.m. and we lift at a regular hour like normal people..
Or.. are the BTK normal humans ?

people will be in line like 2 hours before it opens. Once people get in there, you spend around 45 minutes to get through the major lines for maybe 2-3 samples.. Honestly as the years go on the samples diminish, some lines its just not worth waiting for.. honestly. The arnold is mostly about meeting and putting names to faces and seeing bodybuilders and company rep's, and also for companies to do a lot of business deals.

That is how saturday afternoon is. The most crowded time. Its like shoulder/shoulder in a dance club its horrendous. Literally takes you 15-20 minutes to walk across the expo just to go to the bathroom, and the lines are out the door and its very nasty in there (protein farts anyone?)
I agree i am there to see people, meet faces to names, and ahve a good time and getting samples is nice and all. But whats funny is some people travel all the way to thrive off samples and see how they can stuff their bags full.
The worst is when i worked the scivation booth about kids that are like 10-12 years old asking for samples and going around and around again. And the worst part is, those kids dont need pre-workouts or various samples or drinks they can try and they just load their bags to no end and their parents are right there with them trying to do the same..

In these times, Bob, there is no telling when the zombies will come. I, for one, am not willing to risk trusting our media reflection of the undead as only being interested in human brains... what if they like premium ice cream? Those of us with the foresight to purchase these priceless safeguards will be satisfied long after the end of days.
HEED THESE WORDS I SAY!!"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

If i bought 5 id eat 5. I cant just leave Ice Cream in the freezer for days without eyeing it. When ice cream is in the freezer it gets hunted down that day.
Mom knows better if she does buy me an ice cream flavor that sounds different because she knows it does not last long
Plus if i was manu's size i could handle more kcals in a given day, but im short and stubby, so there goes that haha

Wore my BTK Shirt to the gym today under my hooded sweatshirt (Always train in a hoodie) and run my ipod wire from my hoody pocket under my sweet shirt to my ears so it does not get in the way of doing anything.
After hitting 8 sets of squat i took my sweatshirt off since it was already getting drenced in sweat to see holes towards where i was holding the bar on my back (low bar squat)
NOOOOO my BTK Shirt is starting to rip
This is a VERY VERY sad day
Manu put them up for sale dammit i need another one!
