5'6", 141.5, 30 waist and just about through with this "bulking" because I feel like i'm starting to get soft, brahs. Gonna cut back down for 2015-2016 and then maybe do another bulk. Thoughts?

If your parents and other relatives are generally of similar height to you then I don't think you need to be concerned about a caloric deficit in the same way a 15 year old probably should be with regard to stunting growth or anything like that. If you want to cut then you can. I wouldn't personally, though.

At 15 with raging hormones, in your absolute prime to build the best muscle in your life, nothing but free time to lift; bulk, bulk while everything is in your favor to do so.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
