    Cutting from 5'6" 141 - bad idea?

5'6", 141.5, 30 waist and just about through with this "bulking" because I feel like i'm starting to get soft, brahs. Gonna cut back down for 2015-2016 and then maybe do another bulk. Thoughts?

If your parents and other relatives are generally of similar height to you then I don't think you need to be concerned about a caloric deficit in the same way a 15 year old probably should be with regard to stunting growth or anything like that. If you want to cut then you can. I wouldn't personally, though.

Thanks. My mom is 5'2", my dad is my height, and my sister is 5'8". I haven't really grown in years though, lol, and the fact that I'm adding muscle now is an indication to me I am well beyond the lanky tween/teen phase.

At 15 with raging hormones, in your absolute prime to build the best muscle in your life, nothing but free time to lift; bulk, bulk while everything is in your favor to do so.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Thanks. I feel that this could be be the case if I was 15, but I'm not 15, I'm 20. If I put on more weight I'm going to start to feel heavy and cardio will become difficult.

I have absolutely no idea where I came up with you being 15 upon reflection haha; still would say keep bulking, but your call, especially if you feel it is effecting performance.

Alright, thanks haha. That said, I've of guys who were good runners up to about 5'6" 145 lbs - just probably don't wanna push it more than that, at least for now.

Is it OK to gain a bit of fat on a bulk. My waist is around 30" and I currently weigh 142. I don't know how much bigger I should try to get.

    What am I eating?

    Beans
    Fruit
    Wheat bread
    Eggs
    Cheese
    Tuna
    Nuts
