think you need to change something if that's your 6 month progress (srs).

Start of with that diet- just because bread has 'dat high protein', it doesn't negate the fact that the GI of that bread is incredibly high.

Edit: especially to be having all day as the base of your carb intake. Try couscous, kumera, 'Buurgen Mens Wellbeing' bread if you have to, Weetbix/oats and wholegrain pasta
