After I lift, I usually walk Home from the Gym, and immediately have my Post- Workout Meal. The meal is usually Skim Milk w/ a scoop of ON Whey Protein with Whole Wheat Toast w/ Organic Peanut Butter. Is this a good/ decent choice or no? I'm in good shape... trying to keep muscle on, but I'm trying to shed a little fat in the waist area. I am 36 Years old. THANKS in advance for your thoughts/ replies.

if it fits in your daily ratios and has a decent amount of nutrition that should be good enough. LOL chocolate milk beat out whey protein shakes on post workout scores btw. I like to have it after cardio ( I run or do serious cardio for endurance, not just for cal burn) on my higher carb days.

Don't eat directly post-workout! Here's some advice that I've gathered from research over the years. After an intense lifting session, your body's glucose levels are depleted. You must ingest carbohydrates to settle the spike. Have a few tablespoons of honey about 5 minutes after a lift, protein 20 minutes after, then a full meal consisting of protein, fat, and carbs about an hour, to an hour and fifteen minutes after.
