    uneven traps, left one bigger --> left pec bigger, left upper ab bigger ;(

    title says it all, due to my left trap being bigger (uneven when I make a move, lets say a side lateral raise...), my left pec is way bigger than my right, ALSO the upperleft ab (the one directly under the pec, the small one) in the left, is ****ing developped very good, its massive, whilst the right one is barely noticable this is really ****ed up.. What can I do to even out ?

    Switch from barbells to dumbbells and make sure to do the same amount of reps on both sides
