    Nutrition Advice Needed

I'm basically just open for ideas on how to make sure I'm managing my nutrition well. I work 10hr/day usually 5-6 days a week. I'm trying to come up with cost efficient, and time saving ways to prepare meals, quick snacks etc. I only get two 10 minute breaks during work as well as a 30 minute lunch. I wake up at 4:15 every morning, and have to get ready and drive 30 minutes to work. On top of that I'm also a full time student as well. Any tips, suggestions, things you've tried would be greatly appreciated to help me manage my nutrition.
