So I'm not going to be wearing tight shirts, some might be a tad tight (not much) and I was wondering if the Spanx for Men would help me? If you wear them, how did you like them? I'm planning on getting the Zoned Performance line, the tank tops and the shirt.

How would a compression shirt that is thin like an extra layer of skin make you look bigger...common sense now hahaha. You have two choices here...be that loser that wears a larger and baggy undershirt, then squeeze a tight shirt over it...or hop on the train, smash some weights, and eat right to bulk/ actually fill out a tshirt.
