I understand what you are trying to imply, but you also have to realize a few things.
How many people will make a career of BB - 1%
If you are doing it for someone besides yourself (society) then it wont last long
Eating "clean" has nothing to do with body composition as long as macros are right.
People party, I party, thousands on this site party. Its not about getting rid of everything, its about priorities.

You don't need to be on a competitive level to be referred to as a bodybuilder.
You would be really ****ing surprised how many people lift to impress others.
Eating clean has a lot to do with looking good and defined in appearance, the sole idea behind "bodybuilding".
What you just typed is not science nor facts, it's stupidity.

Lol actually no eating "clean" has nothing to do with that. Have fun eating chicken and rice forever when you could be eating foods you love and having better results.
As for the bodybuilding thing, well, very few people on here would qualify to be in that 1%. If what youre saying is that for someone to be a bodybuilder, the only requirement is that they work out and try to build muscle and change their body, then it would be waaaaay more than 1% of people, especially our age. At the end of the day I don't go around labeling myself as a bodybuilder almost ever, because I am most certainly not a guy who gets oiled up and goes in front of judges.Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
Deadlift - 385x11
Bodyweight OHP for reps!

You are not better than anyone because you lift weights and watch what you eat.
You chose to do that, this is not some cosmic battle between 'us and them.'
Some people choose to be fat slobs, some people don't/ Doesn't make you better or worse. It is something you do because it improves YOUR life.
Sick of this superiority complex people have just because they move weights around 6 hours a week and drink a protein shake.
