Like the title says. I've gained about 11 lbs in 13 weeks doing a beginner's program. I'd like to gain maybe 4 more and then lose some fat by late summer. If I go 5 more weeks of trying to gain some mass, think it's possible to get down to say 12% BF by October? I think I'm probably around 20%. I know it's not much, but I'm happy that I've made visible progress over the last three months! Gives me some confidence to really hit it hard over the fall and winter for next summer.
