bulked for just over 3 months,
gone from 69kg (152lbs) to 81kg (178) - 12kg gain (26lbs)
my main goal was to put some size on my legs which i have always felt are out of proportion to the rest of my body.
They still are but to be honest at this body fat i feel terrible and can't stand to bulk any more.
Going to start a slow cut now leading up to the Aussie summer, will be interesting to see how much extra muscle remains when i get back down to single digit body fat.
