Trying not to be a stick

So i've been trying to work out and taking lifting a little bit more seriously since Jan/Feb of this year. Been eating a lot more and been taking protein/pre. When i started i was around 135lbs and i am around 150 right now (havent been training legs :/ But it is now a big part of my routine, so hopefully that helps my weight gain)

Sorry for the crappy lighting and quality in some pics.

    Would love some feedback!

Well, your best bet is to consume as much whole food as possible. Especially if you are trying to put on mass.
Choose foods with a high nutrition to calorie ratio and eat alot of it!

Once you start squating and deadlifting and really packing on that good weight your appetite will go nuts, you will turn into a food eating machine and your weight will increase dramatically for the better.
Stick with heavy compounds, and allow yourself adequate rest in between workouts so you can grow.

Good progress. Now that you have started working legs, it should help with the mass. A second protien shake a day certainly wouldn't hurt if you are trying to gain.

You are gaining lean mass for sure. Dont be afraid to bulk to the max. You have the metabolism for it. The second shake is a good idea along with anything else you can eat.

Good progress! Just keep at it, and definitely hit the legs, that will have a "halo effect" over the entire body.

The protein shakes are fine, just remember that they are "supplemental" to your diet so be sure to eat whole foods, and lots of it! Give it time and stay consistent and progressive in your weight training and you will grow. Trust me!
My favorite part of Bodybuilding is the sleeping because then I don't have to worry about eating all day!! :)

Nice progress! Our bodies are pretty much the same haha. I'm 16 years old, 6'0/6'1 (Not sure) and I average around 155-158lbs.

I tried Craze the other day. It doesn't really give you a pump, but you get a tunnel vision effect. You're way more focused, and you don't tire out.
Trying to strengthen myself both mentally and physically.

Throw in some cottage cheese before bed instead of a shake It has a higher amount of casein for slower absorption plus very low sugar. Looking good bro keep up the work your looking good!
