    ON vs. MP?

    Which would be most affective?

Muscle Pharm Combat Powder - several different types of protein, including casein and whey.

    Or

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein AND Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein.

I've read that Combat powder could be taken at any time of the day and that many people would drink it in the morning and before they went to bed. The only reason I'm having a hard time deciding is because apparently Combat Powder is still good for a post workout, AND for taking at night because of the Casein.

Would it be better to just get the whey and casein separate, or together in Combat Powder?

As said, protein is protein. You can utilize Combat for pre and post workout, as well as for any other meal time during the day. If you have never given Combat a try I would definitely give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

If those are your two choices you're set on I would say go with Combat. Problem I had with Combat was the mixability.

There would be clumps of portein even when using a blender bottle shaker cup. Other than that the CnC Comabt was tasty.

make sure you have enough room in the shaker for agitation. I had similar problem using a smaller shaker, picked up a 24 oz shaker and problem solved.
