Sure.

As far as Glycergrow goes...it does not mix well. Most people find it just fine mixed in the same shaker as WF or Green Mag.

Some people prefer it mixed in applesauce or yogurt preworkout tho

^^as powercage said it doesn't mix well, what I do is just put all 3 scoops in my mouth and chase it with my preworkout and voila I'm ready for the gym.

Yea you can do that, also just like creatine make sure you're drinking at least a gallon of water a day for optimal effect.

The monostearate (fat) portion of the glycerol monostearate inhibits good mixing. I've alway wanted to try glycergrow but feared the fat content. Does that deter anyone from the product?

I can afford 6g of fat in my diet, as it's not gonna make or break me.

By far my favorite CL product. I always used 3 or 4 scoops pre-workout. Just tossed it in with whatever Pre I was using at the time (ErgoPump, Assault, White Flood, etc.). Always works great for me.

I'm also enjoying the GG. I've been dosing it with my XFA and enjoying major pumps and vascularity. It doesn't mix well as its been said so like John says just pop a couple of scoops and then down with your pre and enjoy your training session.

Don't know about C-bol but I have stacked glyergrow with hemavol for amazing pumps.
