    Exclamation Fapping Before Lifting = SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR GAINS

    Is it just me or does busting a nut before working out completely kill your strength?
    In my experience, if I fap just to the point where I'm about to nut but I stop myself, then I will have a phenomenal workout, break PR's, etc...
    If I accidentally go a bit too far and initiate the launch sequence, however, then all prospects of breaking PR's or even having a decent workout are completely lost...

    Can anyone relate to this?

    I used to go right up till the point of no return and stop pre-workout, I thought it had some sort of placebo effect on my mood that would make me more aggressive. I don't think it actually has any effect anymore. It also takes an extremely powerful willpower to not initiate the launch sequence, which I'm sure 99% of the beta kunts on this forum don't have.

    It depends how much prolactin your body releases when you nut, everyone is different. I've broken PR's only 1 hour after busting a nut. I know some guys leave it for 2 days after nutting before hitting the gym.
